A class action lawsuit has been filed against the following blood glucose monitor manufacturers: Hypoguard USA of Chicago, IL; Medisys USA of Minneapolis, MN; Liberty Medical Supply of Plantation, FL; and Fox Medical of Fort Pierce, FL. The suit alleges breach of warranties, unjust enrichment, and consumer and common law fraud.
