Register your Case

A class action suit against the United States government is being organized by thousands of veterans who are fighting to receive medical benefits they say were taken from them.

One war veteran says, "I agreed that I would serve my country and I served it to the best of my ability. They said that they were gonna provide us medical care that we're working for now. It's a matter of principle. If you're told you're gonna get something, you oughta get it."

The veterans say that they were promised health care, but now the government is forcing them to pay hundreds of dollars a month to qualify for health care programs.

The veterans claim that they will continue to fight this battle, so the soldiers of today don't have to face the same problems tomorrow.
