Google Sued over Android Tracking Software

Detroit MI: Two women from Michigan have filed a proposed class action lawsuit against Google to stop the company from selling phones with android software that track user's locations.

The suit follows Google's acknowledgement that phones running its android software do store some data on users' locations on the phones running GPS services. The lawsuit reportedly states that this tracking capability puts "users at serous risk of privacy invasions, including stalking."

The women reportedly filed the $50 million lawsuit to force Google to stop selling devise that track the location of a user.
