A class action lawsuit has been filed against the world's largest truck manufacturer after it recalled vehicles with cruise control switches on January 27, 2005. The cruise control switch was link to engine fires on multiple occasions. The lawsuit is seeking over $15 million in damages and equitable relief. The class represents all persons and entities that purchased model year 2000, Ford F-150 pick-up trucks, Ford Expeditions and Lincoln Navigators.
