cys, our state pennsylvania(cps)workers are all crooked,the ones i do know of, but, I can't find lawyer to sue for me, in time, so i am learning it all pro-se(self file)by a few law students, who already near by, in NJ (DE) law students, and help here in Pennsie too. I will not let caseworker get away with violating me.

Definitely not letting CYS get away with it.

my name is natasha and ive been fighting for my so for the last 26 months been giving clean urines for the last year an six month not once has it came up dirty and still not enough i go to mental health i see a doctor i go to all my visits i go up and beyond to try and get my son back in my life when i went to court my last time i had 3 days a week unsupervised 2 hour visits judge granted it to stay that as long as my new children and youth worker set up times and dates the judge didn't want to interfere in the bound me and my son been having while visits took place everyday when he sees me he used to run to me in joy screaming mommy always brings joy to my eyes till its time to leave then it puts us in a state of mind he doesn't want to leave begs to come back home to me and wants to leave with me but i cant take him children and youth took that away now instead of 3 visits its only one every fir 10 am till 1045 am how am i goin to keep a bond with 45 mins with my son what am i really going to do it brakes my heart that no matter how much good i do my past is all they look at i go through so many mental brake downs cry myself to sleep blame myself because if i didn't go to work that day i would have still had my son my foster mom gave him to children and youth because of money and because I didn't want to take a drug charge for her i didn't want nor need anything else on my record that will be used against me in the long run I'm 31 years old going through hell and hot waters and don't anyone want to listen to my story children and youth doesn't want to help us get our kids back they want to take them from us no matter how much good we do no matter how much we change our life around our past is what they keep using and its not right... you got mothers out here doing drugs and selling they self and beating they kids leaving them when ever they feel like it you giving kids back to some mother that doesn't even deserve they kids but the ones that are trying your only trying to destroy them i want at least one person to hear me at least one person to hear my story this month im about to lose my son for no damn reason and this got me in a different state of mind because my son my kids are my world i really need help and could really use the help to get my son back please anyone.

I thought the plan was the parent needed to do everything CYS required to be reunited with the children. My daughter has done everything, drug test 2 times a week always clean, Psyche evaluation and she is good, the foster mother called me about a very bad rash my grandson has she seemed nice we talked for a few minutes she said she would send me some pics of the boys and when I text her back she told me not to contact her again if I had any to say contact CYS in Harrisburg, PA well the case worker is the one who gave the her number and CYS said they were only going to be there for 1 week then they could go to the other grandmother until my daughter gets them back. CYS has done every back stabbing stupid thing they can to keep my grandsons from my daughter and they are getting away with it were is the justice.

Brenda Rovinski from Northampton County CYS caused the court to give my abusive ex temporary
primary custody with zero evidence. Her report came back unfounded and she didn't show at the hearing, but the judge ruled in his favor and basically used the temporary order as a template and now I only see her 3 weekends a month if that, because my ex is constantly refusing to let me see her. He keeps violating the current PFA order, kept her from me this entire Halloween weekend. She cries and cries, kicks and screams when it's time to go back. I can't take it anymore. He is constantly abusing me and my daughter, he doesn't take her to counseling that her pediatrician suggested, she is overdue to the dentist by almost two years, he spanks her so hard he leaves a bruise in the shape of his hand, he says she comes home from my house looking like a hooker, he just attacked me outside my house 3 weeks ago right in front of my daughter. This woman allowed a monster to take control and now my daughter is suffering and in danger. She calls me crying all the time, and now my ex put me on block and she can't even call me anymore. This is insane, that woman was out to get me before she even came to my house because of the lies my ex was feeding her and she completely destroyed my daughters life. She needs to be held accountable.

How do I file a lawsuit against CYS in Delaware county pa? My grandson has been taken from his parents. They placed him in another city with a women that has criminal and drug past and also had her children taken away. CYS told me never to call them again. I am the maternal grandmother.

Northampton county children and youth has the most mentally sick caseworkers, one woman in particular, was suppised to be helping my daughter and her baby, instead this woman is her worst enemy,made sure my daughter got locked up for a false positive drug screen,and convinced ger probation officer she was using ,she was clean for 10 months,on her own,and one of the best mothers I had ever seen, then after court and my daughter sent to prison for 6 to 12 months,on a 1st .violation,she took the baby from the father at the court house,my grandaughter has been in foster care for over a month now,everyone of us have been refused custody,Now this sick b**** filed medical neglect charges on my daughter and the father,for a condition ,flat head ,which shes had since birth ,this was being watched by every doctor and was getting better,until foster care ,it has gotten slightly worse,the foster family also has 2 special needs babies they are fostering.this sick caseworker has come up with every excuse under the sun to keep my granddaughter away,she has threatend my daughter right infront of me and forced her to have no choice to have an unplanned pregnancy by putting her in jail.,every woman has the right to make that choice.,now she wants that baby at birth,
CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT ON THIS WOMAN??she has torn apart our family and caused such harm to my daughters mental and physical life, and her baby in foster care, this was the happiest child i have ever seen,she has now no emotion,no verbalizaton,,and remains with what i can guess an overwhelmed foster family.who us going to be the real ones that get charged with neglect..

I was incarcerated in October 2015. I left my son in the custody of his godmother. I was informed that Cys took my son from school and refused to give him to her. I suffered a panic attack and was put in solitary confinement.I pulled myself together and started going to church and took every class and group they offered. I later spoke with the judge during a teleconference and he said that the only way I could get my son back was to go to boot camp.I was not allowed to see my son except for one day during the whole time I was incarcerated. I want to boot camp and graduated with honors in February 2017. I was released to capital pavilion in Harrisburg. They wouldn't bring my son to see me. The staff at the halfway house wouldn't even allow me to go see my son in Lancaster. I left the halfway house and went to visit my son against the rules because I was in jeopardy of losing my visits. I was then put in another place where they let me go see my son and I never missed a visit with him. I started going to counseling, got on the medicine that I needed and even had a psych eval for them. I was told that in order to move forward with the plan to get my son back, I had to take parenting classes through them. I took 2 different parenting classes while I was incarcerated and graduated from both. Mr. Matt Krebs told me that none of the classes i took while I was incarcerated will count because they have to refer me. Cys never referred me to take the classes. Mr. Krebs never helped me to do anything cys asked me to do. I struggled to find stable housing. My court appointed attorney hasn't been much help either. I didn't hear from her but once while I was incarcerated and that was to let me know that she was my attorney and when the next hearing was. I never missed a court date. My attorney kept telling me that I wasn't going to get anymore time to get my son back and that I should give him a gift and let him stay where he is. I told her that I was going to fight for my son and she said very aggressively "you're going to lose!" She told me that she spoke to my son and he said he has to follow his heart and stay with the foster family. She said if I fight and lose my parental rights that cys will take any other children I decide to have from the hospital. After being coerced at every hearing and meeting with her, I eventually signed over my rights and Mr. Krebs signed as a witness. She told me and even said in court that the foster family agreed to do a post adoption agreement with me and that I would still get to see my son. The last time I saw him was on Halloween. I fell into a deep state of depression after that and the 30 days to appeal passed by quickly. By the Time I pulled myself together and read through the paperwork, it was too late to appeal the decision. I got my son Christmas gifts and couldn't even get them to him. I've been calling people to find out what's going on with the post adoption agreement, but I'm getting no answers. I don't know what to do. Cys has failed to reach out to everyone that I have given as a kinship resource for my son. Now cys is saying that the foster family doesn't want to do a formal post adoption agreement, but that I can only send pictures and letters.

My children were stolen from me by children and youth they were illegally taken into custody. This institution constantly lies makes up stories and ignores. My children were taken from me for no reason and have been out of my home for 4 months now and whenever I ask the caseworker why my children were taken they have no answer for me they have turned my case into something that they make up as they go along. Now they want to take my husband and I for child support they steal our kids and then charge us for it. Is agency is bogus and it's clearly and evident that they are out to make money from our children. Is it $6,000 per child when a case is taken on and they get 55 hours of overtime ultimately the main goal of this institution is to put children up for adoption starting at $125,000. This is not for the child's well-being , a protection they are not about the children they are all about the American dollar something needs to be done and this agency needs to be shut down permanently. If you in fact have to deal with these people my only suggestion is to get a good attorney. I wouldn't wish what they are putting my family through on my worst enemy. My son was taken by CYS because my house was illegally taken from us and the county placed him in foster care. I was told one thing from one county nd transferred to another county due to false information and the county is making it impossible to get my son back. We want to be reunited and that is what the first county ruled. Northampton County is impossible and changes what they tell you as they go along. Now we have restricted and supervised visits, like we are criminals!!!!We need advise and help quickly please!!!
