A class action lawsuit has been filed against Dr. Jerome Lentini of Salem, Oregon on behalf of patients who were not informed that the Botox-like injections they received were not FDA-approved. The suit claims that Dr. Lentini injected hundreds of cosmetic patients in Tigard and Salem with an anti-wrinkle product that was linked to the near deaths of four Florida residents.
