eBay

A class action lawsuit has been filed against the online auction site for allegedly billing sellers before their products were posted. The suit was filed on behalf of eBay customers whose auctions did not start when their listing was submitted, and paid for but did not receive the full duration of auction time that they selected.

The class claims the eBay auction clock starts when items are submitted, but it sometimes takes up to 24 hours for items to be posted.
