Dan-Dee Transportation

A class action lawsuit has been filed in the US District Court against Dan-Dee Transportation. The suit was filed in the Central District of California on behalf of current and former truck drivers for the company. The complaint alleges that Dan-Dee did not pay its drivers proper overtime wages. The drivers, who transport petroleum products in the state of California, were not paid the federally mandated time and one half for hours the drivers worked above and beyond 40 hours per week, the lawsuit claims.
