Tucson, AZ: (Mar-12-07) The Tucson Airport Authority filed charges against car rental company Hertz Corp over money not paid for fees due to Tucson International Airport following an audit by the authority that showed that Hertz had under-reported revenue from Aug. 1, 2002 to Dec. 31, 2005. The amount owed by Hertz was recorded as more than $593,000, but a settlement reached between the two parties has Hertz pay $518,000 resolving all claims. [AZSTAR NET: COMMERCIAL-FRAUD]
