The class action law suit is claiming the soft drink giants misled customers into believing their fountain drinks were the same as container options. The plaintiffs are alleging the company uses different ingredients in fountain vs. bottled versions of their soft drinks and that consumers have a right to know that they are ingesting saccharin, a known carcinogen since 1977.
