Diners who became ill after eating at Carrabba's Italian Grill have filed a class action lawsuit seeking compensation for pain, suffering, lost wages and medical expenses. A Carrabba's employee infected with the norovirus worked January 28 and January 29, infecting more than 400 diners. The restaurant is accused of failure to safeguard food by allowing a sick employee to work.
