Spanish Yellow Pages

Merchants who purchased Spanish Yellow Page advertising space in 2006 expecting the ads to be published in Spanish-language directories in January 2007 have filed a class action lawsuit against Blue Equity, LLC, Seccion Amarilla USA, LLC and Telmex USA, LLC.

The suit alleges breach of contract and unfair and deceptive trade practice on the part of the publisher for failing to publish or distribute the directories as agreed. The case is Susana Lopez et. al. vs. Blue Equity, LLC, et. al. Case No. 07CI04052 filed in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County Kentucky. The class representatives are Susana Lopez and Swindle Law Firm, P.A., both from Rogers, Arkansas.
