Repossession Drivers - Recovery One, Cyber Asset & Ascension Recovery

Cincinnati, Ohio - January 24, 2008

Nine repossession drivers have filed suit against Renovo Services, LLC, dba Recovery One, LLC; Cyber Asset Recovery, LLC; and Ascension Recovery LLC alleging that they had not been paid for many hours of overtime they worked. On January 24, 208, the Court conditionally certified a class of these drivers and ordered that notice be sent to all current and former drivers (those employed within three years of the date of the order) to give them an opportunity to opt in to this lawsuit. Consent forms must be filed by these individuals in order for them to participate in this case.
