		<description>Suntrust Mortgage needs to service the construction mortgage loans to the builder the enticed originally. They have so far allowed the fraudulent borrowers to keep one of my disbursements without regard! There is a construction mortgage recorded and the security agreement for it has the name of my company directly on it! I will eventually get to sue them since they will not accept our settlement offer! 
 
WATCH OUT BUILDERS/SELLERS! THERE BUYER/DEBTOR SHOULD NEVER GET THE CHECKS MADE TO THEM DIRECTLY....ALWAYS FILL OUT THE BUILDER PACKET TO STATE JOINTLY ON THE DISBURSEMENT AUTHORIZATION!

		<description>SunTrust and all other banks are thieves, like the sheriff of Nottingham.  They rob from the poor to give to the rich!  Screw the overdraft fees! they need to change the way the deduct the items that come into your account, otherwise they will keep subtracting high to low and still get the same fees for returning the items unpaid! </description>
