    Psychiatric “diagnoses” are made in subjective manners. Moreover, many psychiatric drugs have debilitating effects. They could potentially damage any unborn children whose mothers have taken the drugs. Some dissident psychiatrists, such as Thomas Szasz(www.szasz.com), have stated that psychiatry has often been used for social control and political repression.

    I would not be surprised if this woman is getting funding for her website through pharmaceutical companies. I never understand why when a person is depressed or have a hard time of it, it is recommended that they take mind altering drugs, but we don’t just recommend that they drink alcohol a lot or take street drugs. Both sets of drugs have the same purpose – to get away from your problems.

    As much as I love marijuana, law unfortunately doesn’t. I was really suprised to find out that some alternatives are actually pretty decent. They’ll never replace my first love, but at least they can be a good hold-over.
