If it said that you should send the money by Moneygram, then it would be considered a "moneygram scam". But unfortunately, there are a number of these scams out there and not just with Moneygram. Depending on where you were asked to send the money, or who you were asked to send it to, that also will determine what type of fraud scam it is.
