The Spotlight on Massive Medicaid Fraud relating to the harmful Drugging of Children by Anti-Psychotics through Family Courts and related programs gained National attention in Washington, DC this week as a Lawyer who heads the Law Project for Psychiatric Rights brought the issues to Congress and the Department of Justice.

Attorney Jim Gottstein is presently involved on behalf of the Law Project in a Major Lawsuit against the State of Alaska in relation to the Harmful Drugging of Children and Massive Medicaid Fraud.

US Senators Charles Grassley and Herb Kohl along with US House Representatives Henry Waxman, Bart Stupak, John Dingell and Barney Frank received copies of the Letters and reports from the Law Project along with Joyce Branda, Director of the Department of Justice Commercial Frauds Litigation Branch, and Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of the US Dept of Health & Human Services.

Major Federal and State Racketeering Lawsuits have been ongoing in the states of Texas, Pennsylvania, Florida and more with New York now coming in to focus. US Attorneys around the nation have dedicated resources in the efforts while in some states such as nearby Pennsylvania State Level Officials have been Convicted on bribery and related charges involving Kickbacks from major Drug companies.

According to the Law Project Report, the Drug Companies began targeting the children and youth in the 1990s yet since the heavily Drug Company financed targeting began children have died, become violently ill and received other life changing and harmful effects.

Locally, the Spotlight is presently on the NYS Appellate Division Third Department where a 9 year case Columbia County case beginning in Judge Paul Czajka's court works its way again through the appeals process. Critical evidence from a respected local doctor, local witnesses, Catholic Charities, and other records never were introduced into the Record despite a lawyer who is a long term professional acquaintance of Judge Czajka receiving $10,000 or more to handle the case for the father.

The father was thrown in Jail by Judge Paul Czajka after the father complained to the State Commissioner of Social Services under former Governor George Pataki after the Father had been told his sons would be returned and after the father completed Catholic Charities counseling, other counseling, and submission to a Court Appointed Expert Psychological evaluation which found the father was no risk to his sons and the process of reunification as required by the State Social Services Law was recommmended nearly 9 years ago.

Instead, two boys have been locked in the State Foster Care system on the taxpayer dime for nearly 9 years being subjected to harmful anti-psychotics with reports of violent and sick reactions while Record and transcripts and other documentation are denied and refused or other.

Taxpayers are potentially on the hook for lawsuits arising from the Drugging Children policies in New York State while a State Court of Claims Judge recently awarded a $2 Million Verdict to a Father wrongfully accused who had his relationships with his children destroyed.

In the local case, after having Visits with the Sons for a year under Renss. County Judge Cholakis while flying back from Arkansas each month to achieve full reunification, current Supervising Matrimonial and Family Court Judge Gerard Maney took away the Father's Visits after the father would not Move in to the Warren Inn on Warren Street, Hudson within 72 hours requiring a wholesale relocation from the State of Arkansas after receiving Court approval to relocate to Arkansas under Judge Catherine Cholakis of Troy.

Local sources indicate the Warren Inn is notorious for Blotter reports for street related crime yet the State's current Supervising Matrimonial Judge took the Visits away for not relocating from Arkansas in less time than Renter's are allowed on eviction proceedings.

Meanwhile, the father had suitable housing and gainful employment in Arkansas living at the time in Hot Springs, Arkansas, the childhood town of former President Bill Clinton.

It remains unclear where local US Senator Kirsten Gillibrand stands on the issues which have been raised with other US Senators and officials including former US Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, now US Secretary of State.

I certainly won't deny it Jim Gottstein is the best in our country on issues like this, yep, he has been a great friend since I have known him and that has been ever since the hunger strike in 2003.

The treatment facility is often tied to a psychiatrist. These so-called psychiatrists are there to dope the children. By doing this, they need to come up with a diagnoses for the child, but a lot of the time, the false-diagnose the child and put them on drugs. I was a child they could not control. I asked way too many questions and when things did not make sense, I questioned them more. There were times when I would ask to sit in my court proceedings and because I was only 13, the social workers would tell me I am not old enough. I would ask to see my files but according to the social workers I was too young.
