I have always been impressed with the google company and it's proactivity in becoming a market force to keep everyone on their toes in the internet world. When any company becomes a market giant, it is also going to become a target. I think this is a very smart move on google's part to maintain the the viability of its marketing tools, and at the same time avoid a lot of undue finger pointing. Internet scammers are elusive and it is a difficult for the average consumer, or even professionals like attorneys, to find the resources to chase them down.

Frankly it warms my heart to see a major a channel of distribution like a Google seeking to reduce the access the scammer organizations have to the public. I am sure there will be attacks on google for what ever big decision or big move it makes, but I definitely voice my approval for this one, and I hope that it serves google's business interests and yields more profit for google than loss.
