Allison on I work for a major conglomerate, L'oreal US, and I'm classified as Exempt. However, I've worked tons of Over Time. I'm told that I'm not allowed compensation or pay for my overtime because I'm exempt. Is this true? I live and work in San Frnacisco, CA.
