Philadelphia, PA: The bodies of two Hungarian students were pulled from the water in the Delaware river after they drowned in a boat accident earlier this week.

Two Bodies Pulled From Delaware River in Duck Boat AccidentThe students, 20-year-old Szabolcs Prem and 16-year-old Dora Schwendtner, were reported missing Wednesday afternoon when the duck boat on which they were taking a tour was hit by a 250-foot barge and capsized, sending all 37 people on board into the water.

Thirty-five people were rescued by emergency fire, coast guard and police crews, AP reported. The girl's body was found early Friday almost two miles downriver from the scene of the accident. The young man's body appeared from underneath a salvage barge which was engaged in raising the duck boat from the river bottom.

The accident is under investigation, and crews are working to determine if the two young Hungarians are the only people missing. They were accompanied by 11 other Hungarian students and two Hungarian teachers, four US students and three US teachers on a tour hosted by Marshallton United Methodist Church in suburban Philadelphia.

The schools the students attended raised black flags today as did City Hall and the student's hometown of Mosonmagyarovar, in northwestern Hungary.

Tina Rosebrook, also a passenger on the fated duck boat, told AP that she was also under the barge for a brief period of time. She said she had time to get life jackets on her 10-year-old daughter and 12-year-old niece but not herself. She found a life jacket floating on the river when she surfaced.
